I founded Humaxis because I saw that traditional project and change management methodologies were failing organisations, shareholders, and taxpayers with regular cost overruns in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars. The worst projects are costing billions of dollars in cost overruns, and in mission critical projects, they cost people their lives.
So, I set out to find the missing pieces.
I assumed we'd assemble some sensemaking scaffolding to help solve this problem.
